TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As a user (“you”, “your”, “yourself” of this website (“site”) and Diane Covino pty ltd (Diane Covino”, “we”, “our”) the following terms and conditions should be carefully read.

The use of this site is governed by the following terms and conditions stated below. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions is indicated in your use of this site.

Diane Covino reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. Therefore we encourage viewing this site periodically to ensure that you are up to date with our most current terms and conditions.

STOCKISTS

Diane Covino merchandise is only available for purchase through its own official online boutique retail store

ELIGIBILTY TO PURCHASE

Products purchased by the customer are for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. In addition, Diane Covino Pty Ltd reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to anyone customer or postal address.

PRICING POLICY

Prices are shown on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST in the prices.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is made through Pay Pal, at the time of ordering purchase. Transactions will be billed in Australian dollars. 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order confirmation email, acknowledging the details of your order that has been place.

CANCELLATION

Diane Covino reserves the right to refuse order cancellation, if merchandise has been shipped, Diane Covino can accommodate order cancelations if notified before merchandise is dispatched.

ORDER SHIPPED

When your order is ready, you will receive an email to confirm that your merchandise has been dispatch.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Delivery is free anywhere with in Australia.

Your order will be shipped within 15 business days of your order acceptance; Diane Covino uses Australia Registered Post, your signature will be required to accept the arrival of your parcel. Goods will be delivered within ‘business days’ no deliveries will be made on public holidays or weekends.

If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us, so that we can look into the matter.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

You are solely responsible for the personal information we hold on you, therefore we ask that you update your details immediately when any change has been made to them.

Diane Covino cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

When completing your order; address confirmation is given on the order receipt page. Please check the information carefully. If your order has been finalised with an incorrect address please contact by phone 0417 922 258 or email customercare@dianecovino.com, immediately.

If you enter your delivery details incorrectly and the order is dispatched, you are responsible for the garment.

Diane Covino will make all attempts to correct the detail but some orders cannot be adjusted if they are already dispatched.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Customer satisfaction is important to Diane Covino.

If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason, simply return it and we will happily refund the item/s you have purchased, under the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 business days of dispatch with in Australia.
  • Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed.
  • The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.

Returns will only be accepted within 15 business day period for Australia. Merchandise can only be returned by the below method. Diane Covino reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet requirements, unless deemed faulty, out side normal wear and tear.

RETURNS PROCESS

In order to complete your return or exchange please follow the simple steps listed below:

*Contact via email customercare@dianecovino.com.au or phone 0417 922 258 if you require a refund and the reason for your return.

* Complete the returns form that you receive with your merchandise.

* Pack all merchandise with the returns form, plus your original invoice into appropriate sized postage bag.

Please ensure that all merchandise is secure in a satchel as we will not be able to accept damaged merchandise.

*Returns must be posted to the below returns address

by: AUSTRALIA REGISTERED POST,

at your own expense. You are solely responsible for the return of your merchandise. Diane Covino will not be accountable for any damaged, missing or late deliveries

Please note merchandise returned without the following the above steps will result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.

Please note that Diane Covino trading hours are, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (AEST), excluding public holidays. Any Return requests made on a weekend day or public holiday, requests will be filled the following business day. 

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

If your parcel is received within Diane Covino specified timeline, merchandise will be inspected.

Once approved, your refund will be placed through Pay Pal the way your original purchase was made.

Please allow approximately 5 working days for the crediting your account. An email confirmation will then be sent to you confirming your refund.

Customer is responsible for any return postage costs.

Return shipping charges are not refundable.

We also like to remind you that we are not responsible for your return until it reaches our premises. This means that we are not responsible for any parcels that are damaged in transit. Please note Diane Covino does not pay for the postage of returning item.

FAULTY RETURNS

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not perfect condition please contact us immediately via email customercare@dianecovino.com.au or Phone: 0417 922 258 as soon as you receive your merchandise, stating exactly where the fault is.

You will also be required to provide us with a description of the fault of on your return form. Please follow the return process above.

Once faulty merchandise has been received, it will be inspected to determine or confirm the issue, please note refunds will not apply to merchandise that have not followed care instructions, once decision is made, we as the manufacture will then issue an exchange, refund and or repair the merchandise. Please allow approximately up to

15 business working days for processing of faulty returns once received. You will be contacted via email informing you of the details and once the issue has been rectified, the item will then be posted back to you or a refund of the purchase will be issued.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To improve our online service and ensue that you receive the correct size and colour, simply place a second order for the item/s you wish to exchange. Follow the returns process above to return the incorrect item/s; once we receive your return, your account will be credited. If the items are not displayed online, please contact us.

You acknowledge that Diane Covino is not responsible for the operation of any other site and is not liable for losses or damages that may be caused by this site or any other site that is linked to or from.

However we make all reasonable attempts to ensure that the information displayed is accurate and complete.
